2008 Olympia Weekend Press Information

To apply for Olympia Weekend 2008 Press Credentials, please follow these instructions:

1. Download the OFFICIAL OLYMPIA WEEKEND 2008 PRESS APPLICATION FORM

2. Fill out the application form completely and mail with samples (see below) to:

3. All application forms must be completely filled out and received by AUGUST 15, 2008 to be considered.

4. We will contact you approximately 2 weeks after we receive your application form to confirm whether or not your request will be granted, and if so, how many passes you will be granted so that you can make your travel arrangements. Press credential pick-up instructions and additional details will be sent to you via e-mail by September 12, 2008. We recommend you submit your application form as soon as possible if you want to book your travel early.

5. Along with your application form, please submit a copy of your company letterhead and/or business card, and a recent issue of your publication.

6. Make sure to include all of your contact information as requested on the application form so that we can contact you regarding your request.
