By becoming a member you agree to the following:

1. Membership

• Membership is available to all qualifying individuals 18 years of age and over.
• Olympia reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant and membership is revocable without cause.
• Membership is subject to any and all rules adopted by Olympia including Olympia’s privacy policy and practices and may be amended from time to time without notice.

2. Membership Cards and Fees

• Membership Fee is for one twelve month period from the date of enrollment of the primary card holder.
• You will be requested to show your card when entering an Olympia event.
• Report lost or stolen cards immediately to: Platinum@MrOlympia.com
• Memberships may be terminated at Olympia’s discretion. Cards remain the property of Olympia and must be returned upon request.
• Membership is not transferable. Cards are not transferable.
• The Membership Fee for 2008 is $99.00. Subsequent Membership and/or Renewal Fees are subject to change by Olympia.

3. Payment

• We welcome Credit Cards, checks and cash.
• Personal checks must be written in the exact amount, issued on the member’s checking account, pre-printed with the member’s name, address and telephone number.
• In the event that the member has a check returned by the bank, the member will make good the face amount of the check plus a reasonable service charge and other expense incurred.
• If any legal action is brought by or on behalf of Olympia to collect payment on a check, the member writing the check will be liable for reasonable fees and costs of collection.
• We must be notified by you promptly in the event you change your address. You may notify us by contacting your member services representative at (866) 676-8001 or Platinum@MrOlympia.com.

4. Renewal

• You will receive a renewal notice by mail each year.  Renewal fees are due no later than the last day of the month your membership expires. Your may remit your renewal fee by mail to Olympia Membership, 21100 Erwin Street, Woodland Hills, CA 91367 address or by telephone at (866) 676-2007.
•  We will automatically renew your membership for an additional twelve months from your expiration date upon receipt and process of your renewal fee. You will not receive new membership cards each year.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, MR. OLYMPIA, LLC, OUR SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARENT AND AFFILIATED ENTITIES BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATED TO, YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
• OUR LIABILTY, INCLUDING THE LIABILITY,OF OUR SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARENT AND AFFILIATED ENTITIES IS LIMITED TO $50.00 (FIFTY DOLLARS).

6. NO WARRANTY

• MEMBERSHIP AND MERCHANDISE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE AND OUR SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARENT AND AFFILIATED ENTITIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF TITLE, MERCHANTIBILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

• The services offered hereunder are offered by Mr. Olympia, LLC located at 21100 Erwin St., Woodland Hills, CA 91367.
