Olympia Weekend looks forward to welcoming you as a member. Membership and the conditions and privileges of membeship are described below. If you have any questions please call (866) 676-2007 or e-mail Platinum@MrOlympia.com. By becoming a member you agree to the following:

1. Membership

• Membership is available to all qualifying individuals 18 years of age and over.
• Olympia reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant and membership is revocable without cause.
• Membership is subject to any and all rules adopted by Olympia including Olympia’s privacy policy and practices and may be amended from time to time without notice.

2. Membership Cards and Fees

• Membership Fee is valid for the 2010 Olympia Weekend  
• You will be requested to show your membership card when picking up your gifts and tickets
• Report lost or stolen cards immediately to: Platinum@MrOlympia.com
• Memberships may be terminated at Olympia’s discretion. Cards remain the property of Olympia and must be returned upon request.
• Membership is not transferable. Cards are not transferable.
• The Membership Fee for 2010 is $149.00 + a Handling Fee. 
  • $10 USD handling fee will be applied at the time of purchase for all USA orders
  • $25 USD handling fee will be applied at the time of purchase for all International orders. 

• Subsequent Membership and/or Renewal Fees are subject to change by Olympia.

3. Payment: Prior to Olympia Weekend ~ Deadline July 30, 2010

• We welcome Credit Cards, checks and cash.
• Personal checks must be written in the exact amount, issued on the member’s checking account, pre-printed with the member’s name, address and telephone number.
• In the event that the member has a check returned by the bank, the member will make good the face amount of the check plus a reasonable service charge and other expense incurred.
• If any legal action is brought by or on behalf of Olympia to collect payment on a check, the member writing the check will be liable for reasonable fees and costs of collection.
• We must be notified by you promptly in the event you change your address. You may notify us by contacting your member services representative at (818) 357-2013 or Platinum@MrOlympia.com.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, MR. OLYMPIA, LLC, OUR SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARENT AND AFFILIATED ENTITIES BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATED TO, YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
• AMERICAN MEDIA, INC., AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS AND MR. OLYMPIA, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY SUFFERED BY THE MEMBER, WHO ASSUME ALL RISK OF INJURY ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ACTIVITY.  MEMBERS AGREE THAT AMERICAN MEDIA, INC., AND IS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND ASSIGNS AND MR. OLYMPIA, LLC SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO USE THE NAME, VOICE, PICTURE, LIKENESS, APPLICATION AND/OR INFORMATION OF MEMBER IN ANY AND ALL MEDIA NOW OR HEREAFTER KNOWN, E.G., PRINT, ELECTRONIC, VIDEO, BROADCAST AND THE LIKE, FOR ANY AND ALL PURPOSES IN CONNECTION WITH PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OF AMERICAN MEDIA, INC., AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS AND MR. OLYMPIA, LLC, WITHOUT FURTHER CONSIDERATION TO MEMBER OR ANY THIRD PARTY, EXCEPT WHEN PROHIBITED BY LAW.
• OUR LIABILTY, INCLUDING THE LIABILITY, OF OUR SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARENT AND AFFILIATED ENTITIES IS LIMITED TO $50.00 (FIFTY DOLLARS).

6. NO WARRANTY

• MEMBERSHIP AND MERCHANDISE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE AND OUR SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARENT AND AFFILIATED ENTITIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF TITLE, MERCHANTIBILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
