IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING GOLD VIP PACKAGES: Gold VIP packages are offered to the previous year’s Gold VIPs first and sell out quickly. In the rare event that there are any unclaimed Gold packages, they will be offered to current Silver VIPs on the Gold VIP waiting list. If you would like to have your name added to the Gold waiting list, please indicate that in the "Special Request" field when entering your 2024 Silver VIP purchase.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Events and Schedules subject to change without notice.
- Silver seating is assigned by the Olympia, based on the order that purchases are received.
- All VIP packages containing badges, wristbands, & Gift Cards/Certificates (if applicable) will be held for pick up. Pick up location: TBD.
- VIP Friday & Saturday Evening Finals tickets will be received via email in the form of an e-ticket on or before: Date TBD.
- All VIP Packages are non-refundable but they are transferable. No transfers will be made after September 20, 2024 – no exceptions!
- Olympia Productions will issue a refund of 100% of the cost of VIP ticket packages if the event is not held.
TO PICK UP VIP PACKAGES
Please bring a valid ID with the purchaser's name to pick up packages at the Olympia VIP Ticket Counter located at TBD, during the following days and hours:
- Wednesday, October 9, 2024 – 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Thursday, October 10, 2024 – 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Or at the Olympia VIP Ticket Will-Call Counter, Las Vegas Convention Center, during the following days and hours:
- Friday, October 11, 2024 – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
